Position: Accounts Assistant/Executive (AR/AP/Month-end closing) - Good Bonus + CentralLocation: Suntec CityWorking hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday)Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Annual Leave (2nd Year - 14 Days)Duration: PermanentIndustry: Petroleum and Petrochemical productsMain Responsibilities:Cargo payment and receivable entriesMiscellaneous payment and receivable entriesPayment and receivable entries for local suppliersDraft payment to local suppliers/Reimbursement in bank and submit for approval.Month end closing/ Year end closingFiling of documentations (Bank charges, Miscellaneous Payment, Cargo Accounting Entries and Expense Reports)Keep digital copy of approval and supporting documents (PDF)Keep Original (Physical) receipts of local paymentsDaily Cashflow ReportsExpense reports checking and approvalAdhoc projects and reports at request by management.Knowledge to Sage 300 system is an added advantage (not criteria)Requirements:Minimum Diploma holderBilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associatesFor inquiries, please email: diana@searchpersonnel.com.sg or call 6398 5682.Thank you for your interest in this position.
